Ardmore Construction Ltd. has been a Member of the Canadian Home Builders' Association - Victoria since 1989 and Owner, Chris Neal, has served on the Home & Garden Show Committee and on the Board of Directors.  As a Member, we voluntarily commit ourselves to abide by the CHBA Code of Ethics.

Chris successfully completed the Built Green BC Builder Training Workshop

Chris is a Registered Housing Professional (an individual contractor who has completed a series of courses and who has kept up with the updating requirements. These courses include business management, construction law, marketing, customer service and building technologies).


Our Company is a Certified Residential Builder (a company who has one or more Registered Housing Professionals in its employ and has met all the required criteria).


Chris also completed a 54 hour Project Management Course in Construction offered by Camosun College, approved by the Canadian Construction Association as a recognized course for Gold Seal Certification.


Chris holds a Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering Technology from B.C.I.T., in Vancouver.


Chris holds a B. C. Certificate of Qualification in the Trade of Carpentry.


Our Company is registered with Workers' Compensation Board of British Columbia, under No. 277259-141 and has been in good standing with WCB since its registration in 1981.

Our Company carries Commercial General Liability Insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.00.
